Instructions for use:


1. Get a notebook and pen in which to keep a diary


2. Schedule time - half an hour before bedtime and stick to it during the course


3. Lie down on the bed, dim the lights, and eliminate all disturbing sounds - and turn the audio file for the settings on the alpha level (for entry into presenoe state)


4. After 5 minutes of listening to the audio you enter the alpha rhythm, which will start to write diary


5. Diary you need to write with your left hand (which will provide the necessary work of the left hemisphere - to destroy the negative programs of behaviour and formation of the desired behavior)


6. Print the letter does not need to write in your rhythm, following the flow of your thoughts (is this normal)


7. Write the following text 


8. After writing a diary - just go to sleep without the distraction more than any kind of activities


9. The next day you will see positive changes in their activities


10. Keep this diary for 7 days

Personal recommendations


* for deep restful sleep - I recommend to bring earplugs
* check and wind the clock before a session
* create a dark, calm environment for sleep
* it is not recommended to eat before going to sleep 
*after awakening -first of all, take a notebook or a smartphone - and write down all the thoughts out of my head - within 15 minutes - everything that is - the memories of the dream, the ideas that come to mind - write all - read later and possibly see interesting ideas and this procedure will start the mental activity of the brain for the whole day.

6. In the company of people involved in sports I feel easily, perfectly and enthusiastically - it motivates me to play sports regularly. And in the company of negative-minded people on the sport - I stand by my positive attitude and experience for yourself the pride. 

 

7. My thoughts about sports - I believe that doing sports is necessary for each person, it develops him physically, improves health, makes you fitter, happier and more beautiful. I love to play sports and want to be in great shape

 

8. I have dreams where I'm in excellent physical shape, healthy and beautiful - and I regularly do sports.

 

9. I am resolute to engage in systematic sports.
